Hannah is a retired police officer. Her policing career specialised in safeguarding children. She now works across the country inspecting police forces on how well they safeguard children.  She has a passion for yoga and art.
Her three children all attended Little Common, and she has two grandchildren (little yogis!) currently in Year 2.
She is proud to be involved in the school community as a governor.

As the Headteacher of Little Common School, Louise is also a school governor. 

Louise works very closely with the governors, who offer her support and challenge in order to ensure that we attain our school vision of ‘Learning, Caring, Succeeding…together’.

Wendy is a former secondary school teacher and now works for East Sussex County Council.  Her role focusses on employability skills and career opportunities for young people across East Sussex.  She lives in Little Common and has a child who was a pupil at the school.  Wendy is the link governor for careers.

Jane is a PE teacher working in a local secondary school where she has worked for 20 years.  Jane currently has two children at Little Common school.

Andy is a primary school teacher in the private sector.  Andy has a child in Year 2 and the nursery.

Michael has worked in education for the last 15 years and has experience in the primary, secondary, state and independent sectors. Michael has two children that attend the school, and also volunteers with the local Little Common sporting community.

Nicola joined the school in January 2022. She is currently teaching in Year 5.
