Hello Hub members,

Childminders- there are a couple of fantastic opportunities coming up between now and October for you. These sessions are a chance for you to network This is the first one:     

Our transition text this year will be Incredible YOU! just think of all the amazing things that you can do! You can sing, you can write and you can dream. And never stop being incredible you! This picture book brings a breath of fresh air filled with postivity, zest and energy from a sensational new pairing. It builds upon the legacy of Dr Seuss' aspirational Oh, the Places You'll Go for a new generation. 

Books and transitional object will be available for you to collect at your next Hub network and moderation session so that you have time to plan and become familiar with it!

Safeguarding Training Workshops this year:

17:30-19:00 25^th April 2024

These sessions will be delivered by Giovanna Simpson online via TeamsGiovanna will be highlighting CP/safeguarding issues that arise in EYFS and will also be looking at the growing safeguarding issue of neglect in the county.

Local hub meeting dates:

Bexhill: 12^th June 4-530pme@St peter and Pauls School

Rye: 10^th June 4-6pm @ Winchelsea

Rother: 18^th June 4-6pm @ Etchingham

Hastings: 12^th June Sandown

The focus for these meetings will be Maths and Literacy. Please come prepared to discuss children, especially if they are cuspy. There is also a chance to have any further transition discussions.
