Hello Hub members,

Happy New Year! Welcome to our Spring addition of our newsletter, which gives you insights into our forthcoming events such as this extremely exciting training and its partially funded!

Our transition text this year will be Incredible YOU! just think of all the amazing things that you can do! You can sing, you can write and you can dream. And never stop being incredible you! This picture book brings a breath of fresh air filled with postivity, zest and energy from a sensational new pairing. It builds upon the legacy of Dr Seuss' aspirational Oh, the Places You'll Go for a new generation.

Books and transitional object will be available for you to collect at your next Hub network and moderation session so that you have time to plan and become familiar with it!

Training for Headteachers with Ben Kingston-Hughes 29th January

We are delighted that Ben Kingston-Hughes, Managing Director of Inspired Children, and an international key-note speaker, author and multi-award winning trainer is leading a day’s training for headteachers. Ben recently inspired everybody at our EYFS conference in October. Ben's distinctive blend of humour, neuroscience and real-life practical experiences make his training invaluable and inspiring. Ben will explore how to support vulnerable children to thrive through joyful play, nurture and curiosity.

Please note: This training is currently only for Headteachers, however, if there are spaces, EYFS leads will be able to attend. Please share this with your leadership team.

Teaching Assistant training  6th February

This full day course aims to support teaching assistants with a deeper understanding of the Prime Areas, Literacy and Mathematics. Each of these areas of learning will be explored in depth providing theory as well as practical ideas for learning, including resourcing the EYFS environment.
